Ryujin Hullworks exists because kayaks stop just short of working the way serious anglers actually use them.

Company stage: Early-stage / pre-revenue

Focus: Physical product design and prototyping

Manufacturing Approach: Additive manufacturing for development and testing

Market focus: Kayak and small watercraft accessories for the angling community

Ryujin Hullworks does not provide contract design, consulting, or printing services; work is focused on developing original products.

Product Development Focus

Ryujin Hullworks is developing a small family of physical hardware products intended to improve organization, durability, and usability of electronics and accessories installed on fishing kayaks and small boats.

Current development areas include:

  • Cable management hardware for marine electronics

  • Mounting interfaces for electronics, equipment and accessories

  • Small structural components designed for saltwater and UV-exposed environments

All products are original designs created in CAD and iterated through functional prototypes. Materials and geometrics are selected with an emphasis on environmental resistance, mechanical strength, and ease of installation.

Design & Engineering Process

Design work is conducted using professional mechanical CAD software to:

  • Create parametric, manufacturable parts

  • Evaluate fit and function within constrained watercraft interiors and void spaces

  • Rapidly iterate designs based on testing results

Prototypes are developed in-house for evaluation and refinement. The company is not currently engaged in mass manufacturing or commercial distribution.

We design from necessity, not trends, creating gear that works across waters, seasons, and conditions without compromise.

We are the missing link.
